Role Overview

We’re hiring moderators across multiple regions to help maintain an active, safe, and engaging community.

What you’ll do

• Moderate Discord and Telegram chats
• Answer user questions
• Enforce community guidelines
• Report feedback and issues
• Keep discussions active and relevant

Requirements

• Active in Web3 communities
• Strong communication skills
• Availability in one of the regions: APAC, MENA, Europe, Asia
• Prior moderation experience is a plus

Compensation

Depends on experience and location, but similar Web3 roles typically range from 8,000 – 15,000 USD per year.
