You'll be the analyst brain behind Syndicate. The calls you make are what our whole community farms with.

What you'll do

• Live in Crypto Twitter, Telegram, Discord and on-chain – catching new opportunities as they form
• Hunt down the best drops, airdrops, testnets and campaigns across the space, early
• Choose what makes it into the app – the opportunities worth our community's time
• Verify projects and filter out the bad ones before they ever reach our users
• Write clear, step-by-step guides people actually follow to farm
• Track deadlines, snapshots and key on-chain events so nobody misses a thing
• Analyze tokenomics, funding, teams and traction to judge what's really worth it
• Jump into community discussions and share your calls

What we're looking for

• You're deep in crypto and Web3, or you can get up to speed extremely fast
• Sharp eye for real opportunities vs noise
• You can break a complex campaign down into simple steps anyone can follow
• You move fast – spot something in the morning, it's live by afternoon
• Strong research skills: tokenomics, on-chain data, funding rounds
• Solid English – you read CT and consume English-language content without missing a beat
